The view from the room was fantastic. The room was very spacious. Staff was helpful. Surrounding was lovely.
The laundry was terrible. The drier only work 15 mins each time. Tried the higher setting of 60 mins. It did not seem to work. Instructions were unclear even after attempts to use Google translator. My poor 70+ husband had to make several trips down the stairs and down a long dark corridor that looks like a haunted house in a horror story. The onsen was full of rusted doors and rails.
